Accounting Assistant
• Full Time
Job description:
- Performs day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying computing, posting and recording accounts receivables/accounts payables data.
- Checks liquidation on recurring expenses.
- Handles voucher preparations.
- Prepares BIR monthly & quarterly reports.
- Prepares journal entries.
Qualification:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Management Accounting/ Financial Accounting.
- At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- A team player with keen attention to details.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Must be knowledgeable in accounts receivable management, project accounting & general accounting.
