Accounting Assistant

Job description:

  • Performs day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying computing, posting and recording accounts receivables/accounts payables data.
  • Checks liquidation on recurring expenses.
  • Handles voucher preparations.
  • Prepares BIR monthly & quarterly reports.
  • Prepares journal entries.

Qualification:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Management Accounting/ Financial Accounting.
  • At least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • A team player with keen attention to details.
  • CPA preferred but not required.
  • Must be knowledgeable in accounts receivable management, project accounting & general accounting.
